2. Contact form
When you use the contact form, we process the data you enter (name, email address, message, optionally the document type and any uploaded files) solely to handle your request and any resulting correspondence. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual inquiry) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).
Form data is delivered by email to the address above and retained there for the usual retention periods applicable to business correspondence. Data is not shared with third parties unless necessary to provide the commissioned translation (e.g. liaising with the requesting authority at your request).
3. Uploaded documents
You may upload documents to receive a quote or translation. These are used solely to process your request, handled confidentially, and not retained longer than necessary for processing and any statutory retention obligations.
4. Abuse protection
To protect the form against spam and automated requests, your IP address is stored only as a non-reversible hash and for at most 24 hours when you submit the form, in order to limit the number of requests per sender. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the form securely).

6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as rights to data portability and objection. Contact the email address above informally to exercise these rights.
